Behind the mountains

I know some ones waiting for me
Behind the mountains n thick dense tree
I need to cross over sooner than ever
To reach there I may not have forever

She's old tired unable to climb down
Else she would have trod to wipe away my frown
All her life she has strived to make me able on this side
But it has kept me away from her with a mountain to hide

The wait is endless for me as well as her
All these years hv made me nothing but eager
What will it be on the other side of the mountain
She will be waiting for me with hope blooming like a fountain

What shall I give her as soon as I see
A trip to the world with no misery
Or jz a hope that I'm here to make it alright
All these years she fought alone with might

Will she be proud of what I hv grown into
Or she will regret all the pain she had to do
I was sent to dwell and survive
There was a fortune she had to revive

Am I bold enough to cross the mountain
and the dense forest
Will this journey end years of wait and earnest
Will she see me the way she wanted
Behind the mountains my mother stands undaunted.
